Passing Time --Sep 27, 2019
To a child a few weeks seem long.
To an adult a few years seem long.
To an elder decades seem short.
To God decades are seconds.
To Him eternity is every moment.
Be patient with yourself; Think like God.
Adapted from Celtic Praise by Robert Van De Weyer.

Triple Blessing --Jun 17, 2019
May we create with beauty all that it is our honor to love.
May we sustain with faith all that it is our duty to protect.
May we release with peace all that no longer serves us.
Now and at all times, we are one with the light.
--Rev. Kelly Wilk
Healing in Dreams -- Feb 27, 2019
May the brilliant light of the All That Is go back through my memory as I sleep.
Every hurt that has been done to me, heal that hurt.
Every hurt that I have caused another being, heal that hurt.
All the relationships in my whole life that have been damaged, heal those relationships.
But Brilliant Light, if there is something I must do, if a being is still suffering from my hand,
bring my awareness to that being. I choose to forgive, and I ask to be forgiven.
Remove whatever bitterness may be in my heart, and fill the empty places with your love.

Are You Connected? -- Feb 6, 2019
Ever sit in front of a TV set that’s not turned on? There’s not much happening; it’s just a dark screen. One can stare at it for hours and wonder what kind of shows or other programs are on but really, it’s just in our minds. Until we turn on the set (as in establish the connection of the TV with the electricity that provides the source of the programming), we won’t get a signal. Well, our lives are really like this.
Just like the TV set, we as humans have a source that we need to plug into in order to receive our programming. It’s our divine source from which our inner guidance system, our life lessons, both challenges and successes are all interwoven. Unless we make a decision to plug ourselves into this divine plug, we will just walk around in a daze, blindly performing our daily duties without much thought. Plugging in can be as simple as taking a meditation walk, sitting and asking for guidance, or the act of prayer. How will you plug in today?

January - Wolf Moon Meditation -- Jan 30, 2019
Winter is here. Mother Earth shows her beautiful bones.
Feel the strength in your bones, and the cold, and the quiet.
Feel the bones of the Earth; the trees and rocks.
Animals rest, and burrow, and sleep. Most animals grow weak and hungry. It is all right to both ebb and flow. There cannot be one without the other.
Bright blessings.

Winter Solstice Meditation -- Jan 8, 2019
See the darkening shadows of evening spreading across the land. Send love to the shadows.
See the brightening light as it shines down on the earth. A bright star, and a flickering candle. Send love to the light.
See the shadows and the light blending together, balanced. Send love to the shadows and light as they become one.
See the tallest evergreen in the forest, strong and green and true. Become one with the green bristles, the broad trunk, the anchored roots.
